The main difference in plans is the number of "users" available. You can create logins for guests who can create and view their own requests but only "users" can actually log activity and edit tasks.

Number of Tasks A task is the basic item of work within ManageStuff. A task has one primary contributor and one requestor. However, tasks can have many sub-tasks.
